MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR for May 30th: Brenda Carey. Brenda Carey creates mindful yoga classes and workshops to connect students to a meaningful and heart felt experience. She enjoys teaching a variety of styles of yoga and meditation while often incorporating Ayurveda, yogic philosophy, spirituality, Native American teachings, sound healing and Reiki.  Her Intention is to serve the community to be mindful and authentic creators. Brenda is the owner of Sacred Path Healing Yoga & Reiki, LLC which offers online and in person yoga, meditation & Reiki in the northern Colorado area.  She received her 500 hour yoga teacher certification in 2020  and has over 1,400 hours of teaching experience. WELLNESS + WINE general info: *Tickets include a complimentary glass of wine. Stay afterwards to enjoy the vineyard grounds and views; charcuterie boxes will be for sale following the class. *Classes will be held outside on the vineyard grounds. If weather is too hot or too damp, we have the option of moving into a large indoor space. *Classes are all-levels and inclusive: beginners and advanced yogis all welcome! No prior yoga experience is needed to participate. *Please remember to bring your own mat or blanket. *Reservations in advance are strongly recommended! Walk-ins welcome, but subject to availability. *Ticket sales are final; no exchanges or refunds unless the class has been cancelled. Instructors are subject to change.
